The Smartchain pricing module gives you control over your revenue streams. It allows to manage prices in one place and digitizes the process of sending offerings to customers. Our advanced module allows to automatically apply price and surcharge changes in bulk to existing prices.

Planning & executing orders

The order module supports capturing orders digitally in an efficient way, even for multiple containers. The central order dashboard provides oversight for dispatchers and gives one-click access to all essential tools.

A matching price can be selected from the pricing module. Extra charges can be added in the execution phase to automate invoicing.

The planning module allows a task-per-task planning of transports and allows to assign drivers and equipment quickly. Drivers and their availability are managed centrally to avoid planning mistakes.

Invoicing

The invocing module allows sending invoices digitally as PDF and/or electronically as UBL so that customers can also automatically process them. Intergations with accounting systems can be used to further automate invoicing and debtor related flows.
